Philippe founded P-3 LIVING in 2013 to capitalise on his 30+ year career in creating a property development portfolio that reflects his vision, creativity and passion.

With a history as a hands-on operator and the completion of over 135 developments to-date, Philippe combines practical expertise and analysis with a unique and personal creative approach.

Philippe has a lifelong passion for design, architecture and property development. He holds his own builder’s licence and collaborates with some of the most talented professionals in the industry to produce projects that add value to the built environment.

Monica has worked alongside Philippe since 2013 and brings a tremendous amount of energy, enthusiasm and inspiration to the business.

Growing up in a family where building was the vocation, Monica went on to study both building and real estate. She revels taking projects from start to finish, combining her on-site management skills with savvy real estate transactional abilities.

Monica’s outstanding communication proficiencies and zeal for property development ensure a positive and enriched journey in the delivery of each project.
